Re-Captcha submit incorrectly shows errorMonday, 18 August 2014 10:41 AM
We have been advised by customers of an error in the submission process and I have been able to replicate the problem. The page used to identify the problem was:
http://www.huntershill.nsw.gov.au/Form/Forms.aspx?Form_Id=32
We use ReCaptcha on our forms to prevent spam submissions. The problem is that if the user incorrectly enters the ReCaptcha the first time, when they enter it correctly the second time, an error message still displays on the Confirmation screen. Steps to reproduce problem are as follows:
-
Go to the form
-
Enter nothing in the form (it is all optional) and in the ReCaptcha enter an incorrect result
-
Submit the form
-
An error appears in red saying "reCaptcha incorrect, please try again"
-
Enter the correct ReCaptcha
-
Submit the form
-
Now you get to the confirmation page, but an error at the top still appears saying "reCaptcha incorrect, please try again"
It looks like WebComm isn't picking up the refreshed ReCaptcha status when it displays the error message.

Thanks for the information. As this is a code issue, a fix will be in the next release.
Thanks
