The Company

Taxi Town Cars is a boutique luxury chauffeur service for those who are looking for an affordable alternative to the standard silver top taxi service.

Offering their customers that extra piece of something special, Taxi Town Cars provide the real VIP treatment for executive transfers, private winery tours, hen’s nights or bucks parties, weddings, funerals, airport transfers, and corporate travel.

The Challenge

TTC initially approached Emerg to re-brand their company to develop a prestigious image to align with its luxurious service. After working through a number of logo ideas with them, a decision was made that reflected the culture and values of the company and their commitment to elite customer service.

The new Taxi Town Cars corporate identity was then rolled out to all forms of printed and digital communication, including a new website, social media, staff uniforms and signage.

After the ID was developed, Taxi Town Cars then engaged Emerg to develop a smartphone application to encourage remote bookings. The app allows users to safely input their details and payment options for future use, with the intention of making subsequent bookings a much quicker process.

To kick off the launch of their new smartphone app, Taxi Town Cars have been offering customers a 10% discount on their next trip if the booking is made within the app.
